E Pazhanisamy's announcement making Kawiri Delta, as Protected Special Agricultural Zone - PSAZ -, has brought joy to delta farmers.
The protected zone will include Tanjavur, Tiru-aaroor, Naaga-patnam; and delta regions of Tiru-Chirapalli, Ariyalur, Kadal-ur and Pudukottai.
